Frequently Asked Questions
Our classes are ongoing, and we welcome students at any level. Our classes are for students as young as 3 years old to adults.
If you or your child are interested in Art, it’s never too early or late. So you can start at any time!
We recommend that you arrive a few minutes early to make your first class a great experience.
All of our classes are in a group setting, but with one on one approach meaning each class is personalized to each student.
Classes that are not canceled without any type of notice will not receive a makeup credit of any kind.
Per our policy we require a 24 hour notice prior to the class cancellation. As a one time courtesy, classes that are canceled late will be allowed to make up.
However, after the first time the class will be forfeited out of respect to our instructors.
Per our policy makeup credits will roll over to the following month as long as your subscription is active. For students that will be deactivating their subscription we will provide an expiry date one month from the cancellation date to allow time for the student to complete missed classes.
Yes, just schedule it ahead of time with a member of our staff by calling or emailing.
No, makeup credits are not interchangeable. Makeup class credits are to be used towards classes and camp credits are to be used towards camps.
Per our policy we REQUIRE a two week notice prior to your next billing cycle via email in order to cancel.
Two-week notice by email is required to discontinue the classes.
Cancellations need to be done with a written request or it will not be accepted, afterwards, you will need to fill out a cancellation form where you will be given an expiration date to complete any makeup class, if applicable.
Unfortunately, once an expiration date is provided it is FINAL and NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
Our weekly recurring classes meet year-round and many students stay with us through the summer. If you won’t be around in the summer we recommend freezing your membership and saving a seat for when you return.
Yes you can, we offer 60 minutes trial, valid to new students.
Our classes are rolling, so you can start at any time! Our teachers will welcome and onboard you to the class on your first day and we recommend that you arrive a few minutes early to make your first class a great experience.
Subscription cancellation can not be done later than the two-week mark.
Student to teacher ratio is dependent on age groups and can range anywhere from 4-6 students to 1 teacher.
Projects can take one class or a few weeks or months, depending on the students age, skill level and quality we expect from each student. Typically older students take longer to complete projects due their work being more
complicated and more detailed.
We make it easy to get started, so just bring yourself! For most art and digital classes materials and software are included in your membership price.
We’re closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day but other holidays, we normally offer camps as well as classes.

To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all, please review and follow the guidelines below:
- Fever of 100.4°F or higher
- Vomiting or diarrhea (within the past 24 hours)
- Persistent cough, sore throat, or excessive nasal discharge
- Conjunctivitis (pink eye) or unusual fatigue
- Any rash of unknown origin – doctor’s clearance required to return
- Contagious illness (flu, strep, COVID-19, etc.)
Students must be symptom-free for 24 hours without medication before returning to class.
- Contagious or undiagnosed rashes require a doctor’s note before return
- Non-contagious conditions (eczema, heat rash) are allowed with no risk to others.
- Minor injuries are handled by trained staff; parents will be contacted if needed
- Medications are not administered unless medically necessary with written authorization.
- Handwashing and sanitizer use encouraged
- Classrooms and supplies are regularly sanitized
- Separate classrooms are maintained for different age groups

Registration Charges:
Upon registering for Cre8sArt classes, students are required to pay a non-refundable, one-time registration
fee of $50.00 USD. This fee covers the cost of supplies provided by Cre8sArt throughout the student’s
enrollment. The registration fee applies to students enrolling in both recurring classes and class packages.
However, students attending drop-in classes are not required to pay this fee.
Credit/Debit Card Service Fee:
A service fee is charged by the credit card processor to the cardholder at the time of payment. Cre8sArt
School does not receive any portion of this fee. All monthly payments are subject to a 3% service fee.
For one-time payments, a 4% service fee applies. Payments made via Venmo and Zelle are subject to a
2% service fee. Additionally, birthday party packages are subject to a standard NJ sales tax of 6.625%.
Deregistration:
Due to the structure of our payment system, any parent or student wishing to pause or cancel their
enrollment must notify the school at least two weeks before their scheduled payment date. Payment dates
can be located in email correspondence and may also be confirmed upon request by Cre8sArt School.
Payment Information:
Any updates to payment information (such as new credit or debit card details) must be promptly
communicated to Cre8sArt School to prevent payment disruptions.
Cre8sArt School does not disclose, share, or distribute payment information to its employees. All
payments are securely processed through our school’s payment system. If a parent or student wishes to
verify their payment information, a senior staff member can provide the last four digits of the card
number on file.
Transfer of Class Credits:
Cre8sArt School permits the transfer of class credits under specific circumstances. A sibling, relative, or
friend of a currently enrolled student may use the student’s makeup or class credits with the payee’s
permission.
However, camp credits cannot be converted into class credits. Additionally, a new student cannot use an
existing student’s credits for a drop-in class. For more information regarding credit transfers, makeup
