Camps

Kids Summer Camp
Art is one of the most important building blocks of a child’s development. Working and learning in a creative manner has been shown to benefit a child’s motor skills, language development, decision making, and so many other skills sets.

Teens Summer Camp

Kids Labor Day Camp
Students will celebrate Labor Day through creative clay and painting projects inspired by the themes of work, community, creativity, and American life. Students will explore three-dimensional form and texture through clay while using color, shape, and composition in their paintings. Projects may include community helpers, tools and objects, American symbols, city scenes, or other imagery representing the people and activities that contribute to our communities.

Teens Labor Day Camp
Students will celebrate Labor Day through a landscape painting project inspired by the beauty and diversity of the American landscape. They will explore composition, perspective, color mixing, light and shadow, depth, and atmospheric perspective while creating their own interpretation of a natural or urban landscape.
Students will create a drawing inspired by Labor Day and the people who help build and support our communities. They may illustrate community workers, local businesses, schools, neighborhoods, construction, transportation, or people working together.
